The raw materials are carefully selected and monitored to ensure a product of the highest quality. For this reason, we pay particular attention to the selection of our suppliers, who, thanks to specialized machinery, sift and clean the raw material from impurities.    Afterward, they seal it in sacks and/or bags.

Only after careful inspection, the goods that meet the predetermined quality standards are accepted by us.                At this point, the raw material is prepared to be processed in the production area

The production line is automated; there is no contact between the raw material and the staff.

The goods, collected in 1000 kg sacks, are placed at the beginning of the packaging cycle, passing over metal grids for further cleaning and breaking of the product.

Then it is packaged in various sizes of packaging. 

Once packaged, the product moves on a 'weighing belt', equipped with a highly precise scale, and subjected to 'metal detector' control.

At this point, the individual packages are further packed in packaging, differentiated according to the product processed, and sent to the last phase of the production process, namely automatic palletization.

The refrigeration cell is thermo-automatic, which ensures the best conditions for the preservation of the goods.

It is also equipped with an alarm system that ensures the maintenance of the optimal thermal condition."
